Music as a creative tool in music therapy
Music can work wonders in situations where other therapeutic methods are ineffective. To that end, we focus not on the music which we have learned, but the music the client really needs at that moment and let “flow”.
We explore the questions of how to intuit which music is needed in any given situation and attuning ourselves to the audience who will be listening, or people who are open to our therapy work. We apply a musical instrument as a transforming and healing tool, entering those delicate areas of non-verbal creative communication which can lead to entering our more “transcendental levels”.
Whatever instrument you play, with the help of this workshop, you can discover entirely new approaches to working with your clients through the path of inspired music therapy.
